All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our items are handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or new product launches.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by location)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues that are beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
